  • Days on Market: 9 → 16 (+78%)
  • Median Sales Price: $805,000 → $821,092 (+2%)
  • Average Sales Price: $894,008 → $954,047 (+6.7%)
  • % of List Price Received: 100.7% → 100%

Year-to-Date (Jan–July 2025):

  • Sold Homes: +9.5%
  • Under Contract: +6.6%
